To provide a new, improved billing experience, we have converted to a new billing software system. As part of this new system you will see some changes on your invoice. You will now have a Customer Number. You will still see your alarm account number(s), which will apply to the individual systems, in the detail of your bill. If you have multiple systems or locations, they may be combined on one invoice. You can still complete a credit card slip and mail or fax to us.
If you use our Auto Pay, no action is required. You may also sign up for auto pay online.
If you pay your bill on-line, you will need to create a new web account. You will need your new customer number from the top of your invoice and the billing zip code when creating an account. To receive an email with your new customer number and web login instructions, please complete our customer portal access request form. If you received an email with your login information and are having difficulty logging in or paying your bill, please reply to the email or call our office during business hours.
