Customer Portal – Request Access

If you have a bill dated 7/1/2017 or later, your Customer number and Billing Zip Code should be on the bill and can be used to setup a new account.

If you do not have your new Customer account number (similar to 15013) and primary billing zip code, complete this form to get an email with the required information.

You can also complete this form if you are having difficulty creating an account. In some cases where we have multiple billing and site addresses on your file, your primary bill zip code may not be the one listed on your bill.

  • You may enter either your system account number (ex: R04321 or Q01234) or Customer Number (ex: 12345 or 54321-02) from a recent bill. If you have neither, enter street address and make sure that you have entered a phone number in case verification is needed.
