When to Call

If you are unsure of when you should call us, the following information will enlighten you.

  • Be sure to notify Advent monthly when you are going to test your alarm system.
  • If you are notified that your alarm system has sent a low battery/power signal, you may need to replace your battery.
  • If your home or business is for sale or you are moving, let us know.
  • Notify Advent of the dates you will be away if you are going on vacation.
  • If you would like to add to or upgrade your existing system call our sales department.
